SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are generally processed same day or next day. There is a $2.99 flat rate shipping fee for deliveries within the continental United States, via best-way (either UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS), except for pickleball nets which have a flat shipping fee of $15. For expedited/overnight orders, or any delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the continental US (including Canada), please contact Our Customer Service for a shipping price and to place your order.
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
All Pickleball Paddles are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. All pickleball products are covered by a 30-day Satisfaction Guaranteed playtest. Contact Podium Pickleball customer service in advance to arrange for warranty returns or other remedies. Proof of purchase is required.
